SHADE is experimental software. The smart contracts have not been audited. By using this site or interacting with these contracts, you accept that you may lose some or all of any funds you deposit or use.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities, a solicitation, or investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating any asset, protocol, or transaction before you interact with it.

SHADE is non-custodial — no one on the team can move, freeze, or block your funds. That also means no one can recover them for you if you make a mistake: sending funds to the wrong address, approving an unlimited allowance, or losing your private key are unrecoverable.

The protocol, its interface, and its documentation are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Use is at your own risk, and jurisdictions vary — you are responsible for confirming that your use of SHADE is lawful where you live.
