Disclosures
SHADE's contracts are experimental and have not been audited by a third party. Deploying or depositing real funds carries real risk of partial or total loss, including from bugs, oracle failure, or market conditions.
Nothing on this site — including the app, the docs, or any statistic shown — is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and none of it is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. Tokenized stocks carry their own risks distinct from the underlying equity, including custody, redemption, and regulatory risk specific to the issuing platform.
The pool routinely buys an asset while its price is falling — that is the mechanism, not a bug — and the asset can continue to fall after the pool buys it. Depositors bear that price risk directly; SHADE does not hedge or insure against it.
Price discovery relies on a Chainlink-compatible feed and a DEX TWAP. Either can deviate from the true market price, especially during low liquidity or after a feed outage.
The test version runs an exact replica of the vault contract in your browser. It uses test tokens with no economic value, confirms actions with wallet signatures rather than transactions, and never moves funds. Figures shown in the test version reflect test activity only. "Real mode" uses real assets and carries the risks described above — a persistent warning banner is shown throughout the site whenever it is active.
The $SHADE token is not launched. When it is, its address will be published only on this site and on @ShadeLiquidity; any other address is fraudulent. $SHADE is a speculative token with no promise of value, no claim on protocol assets and no guaranteed buybacks.
